Administrator – Dispute Resolution

A highly regarded UK law firm is looking for a bright and motivated Administrator to join their Dispute Resolution team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 6 months’ administration experience who is keen to build a long-term career within a law firm. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting partners, fee earners and paralegals while working within a high-performing and collaborative team.
The department is highly ranked in the legal directories and works on a wide range of complex and high-profile disputes, giving you excellent exposure early on in your career.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative support to partners, fee earners and paralegals
- Opening new client matters and maintaining records
- Assisting with court filings and attending court or chambers when required
- Preparing correspondence, invoices and expense claims
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating travel
- Handling document management including scanning, printing and e-filing
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
