With its expansion into Ireland this year, the firm now boasts 28 lawyers which equals or exceeds the employment law capability of most full-service City firms in size, experience, and expertise.
They are now looking for a Billing Administrator to assist with invoicing and credit control duties, and to provide administration support to the Finance team.
Responsibilities
- To assist with day-to-day invoicing and credit control duties.
- To provide cover for the Billing & Credit Control Manager.
- To provide support to the Finance Team with administration, and ad hoc projects.
- Liaising and following up with clients’ finance teams to ensure we have received /given information for client and vendor set up.
Candidate Profile
- Experience of working within a professional environment, legal firm experience preferred.
- Qualities - Confident, good eye for detail, common sense.
- 2 years working within an invoicing / credit control environment.
- Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels.
- Computer literacy in relevant software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Commitment to the success of the Firm.
