Business Development Manager - Corporate - Exceptional Law Firm

An ambitious, full-service UK law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its high-performing Corporate practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior partners on strategic growth initiatives within a dynamic and transactional environment. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture, strong client relationships, and impressive growth trajectory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver the Corporate team’s BD and marketing strategy
  • Lead on complex pitches, panel tenders, and capability submissions
  • Drive client development initiatives and cross-selling opportunities
  • Analyse market trends, sector developments, and competitor activity
  • Support profile-raising campaigns, thought leadership, and events
  • Coach partners and fee earners on BD best practice

The role is working for a fantastic law firm who have a deep history in the legal market - this role will see you directly support Partners on their business plans, client development, and profile raising opportunities.

They are keen to meet an individual from a legal business development background - they are open to the practice group experience you have but are keen to meet individuals who pride themselves on their relationship & stakeholder management.
