An ambitious, full-service UK law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its high-performing Corporate practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior partners on strategic growth initiatives within a dynamic and transactional environment. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture, strong client relationships, and impressive growth trajectory.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver the Corporate team’s BD and marketing strategy
- Lead on complex pitches, panel tenders, and capability submissions
- Drive client development initiatives and cross-selling opportunities
- Analyse market trends, sector developments, and competitor activity
- Support profile-raising campaigns, thought leadership, and events
- Coach partners and fee earners on BD best practice
The role is working for a fantastic law firm who have a deep history in the legal market - this role will see you directly support Partners on their business plans, client development, and profile raising opportunities.
