  • Develop best practices and templates to enhance consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with lawyers, innovation teams, and legal operations specialists
  • Support continuous improvement and cross-practice collaboration

Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer in England & Wales
  • 3+ years’ experience managing Arbitration and High Court litigation matters
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Proven experience handling hearing logistics and liaising with third-party providers

  • Calm, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure
  • Commercially minded, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a growing team

About the Team:

The LAI group works on a broad range of complex disputes — from competition and insolvency litigation to high-stakes commercial and arbitration matters — for major financial and corporate clients worldwide.

Benefits:

  • Private medical insurance
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Flexible and agile working options
  • Additional holiday and birthday leave
  • Free or subsidised health and fitness memberships
  • Enhanced parental leave and income protection
