Commercial Litigation Associate (1-5PQE) – Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Cambridge (Hybrid)- Permanent
A renowned global law firm are seeking to hire an Associate to join their leading Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
This is a fantastic chance to work on high-quality, complex disputes – often with an international element – for a diverse client base ranging from local enterprises to global businesses and state entities.
The Role:
- Represent clients across a broad range of commercial disputes, including corporate disputes, group actions, supply chain disputes, technology/outsourcing, and civil fraud.
- Handle both major mandates and smaller standalone matters, with real ownership and client visibility.
- Work directly with partners and senior lawyers, and collaborate with sector specialists in areas such as automotive, aerospace, energy/utilities, and technology.
- Scope to specialise in areas like arbitration, technology disputes, or product liability as your career develops.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial disputes, with strong academic and legal training.
- Experience delivering first-class client service and supporting business development.
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable to a wide variety of matters.
- International or cross-border experience is a plus.
