Commercial Paralegal
Location: London (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)
Contract: 6-Month Secondment

We are partnered with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its team on a 6-month secondment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded paralegal with strong Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) experience to work within a fast-paced, international legal environment.
The successful candidate will support the team with a high volume of commercial agreements, particularly NDAs, requiring strong drafting, reviewing and document management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate NDAs and other commercial agreements.
- Manage a high volume of NDA requests, ensuring timely turnaround.
- Review contractual terms, identify potential risks and escalate issues where necessary.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, lawyers and external parties to progress agreements.
- Support the preparation, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts.
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure documentation is properly organised.
- Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a busy legal environment.
Candidate Requirements
- LPC or SQE1 qualification is essential.
- Previous experience as a Commercial Paralegal or within a commercial legal function.
- Strong, demonstrable NDA drafting and reviewing experience is essential.
- Experience handling high volumes of commercial agreements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 5 days a week in the London office for the duration of the 6-month contract.
