London Based, 3 Office Days Per Week
Our client, a leading UK law firm, is actively seeking an enthusiastic Legal Risk & Compliance professional to join them in their stunning London offices on a permanent basis - working as their new Compliance Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 12 months Risk & Compliance experience to join a growing team. It's an opportunity for exceptional training and career development!
As the successful Compliance Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out KYC checks and risk analysis on new clients
- Updating KYC for existing clients
- Opening new clients and matters (using Intapp)
- Running conflict searches on a regular basis
- Assisting with data cleansing projects
- Dealing with queries from senior stakeholders and support staff in relation to AML
- Assisting the COO and senior compliance staff with the development of AML processes/procedures
- Additional administrative support

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a law firm, working within Legal Risk & Compliance
- Have good working knowledge of AML requirements
- Be able to commute to the London office 3 days a week
