Our client, a top global law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Legal Risk & Compliance/Conflicts professional to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office – working as their new Conflicts Analyst.
This role will be situated in their Legal Conflicts Team, you’ll be working alongside experienced Analysts and Assistants – responsible for ensuring the business meets its obligation to the SRA Code of Conduct.
As the successful Conflicts Analyst, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Conducting conflict checks and analysing potential conflicts
- Working with Partners/Fee-Earners to find solutions to any issues that could arise
- Offering advice to Partners/Fee-Earners throughout the conflict checking process
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of information barriers
- Continuously developing your knowledge and understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct

To be considered for this Conflicts Analyst opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Previous experience in a Legal Risk & Compliance and/or Conflicts related position from a law firm
- Have experience in conducting research via internal databases
- Ideally, have a completed degree
- Have knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct
- Be able to commute to the Leeds office on a regular basis
