Are you a Facilities Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are partnered with a reputable law firm in Holborn who are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team following the departure of a long‑standing team member.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ facilities experience within a legal or professional services environment, with the ability to multitask, stay flexible, and take a hands‑on approach. This is a varied and fast‑paced role, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk duties: logging and tracking issues
  • Conducting regular floor walks to ensure building H&S compliance
  • Carrying out DSE assessments
  • Supporting office moves
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office space is clean and well maintained 
  • Reprographics: printing, scanning, binding
  • Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating follow‑up
  • Ordering stock and stationery
  • Assisting with new joiner setups
