Key Responsibilities
- Draft and update Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
- Advise clients on federal and state franchise laws
- Assist businesses in converting to franchise models
- Support multi-state and international franchise expansion
- Provide ongoing compliance and advisory services
Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated franchise law experience
- Experience representing franchisors preferred
- Strong business and transactional understanding
