Junior PA – Markets Innovation Group | Magic Circle Law Firm | 12-Month FTC | Up to £40,000 | Hybrid Working
My client, a leading Magic Circle law firm, is seeking a Junior PA to join their Markets Innovation Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and forward-thinking team.
This role sits within a busy and collaborative environment, supporting a team of associates at varying levels of seniority, as well as working closely with and providing support to the wider team of PAs.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and keen to develop their skill set in a high-performing legal environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience and gain exposure within a leading international firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing PA support to a team of associates and wider PA team
- Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
- Assisting with document production and formatting
- Supporting with billing, expenses and general administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be:
- Have 1–2 years’ experience in a PA or administrative support role
- Eager to learn and progress within a legal environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, proactive and adaptable
- A strong team player who thrives in a busy setting
My client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 for the right individual, alongside excellent exposure within a dynamic Markets Innovation team and strong development opportunities.
