Our client, a leading Intellectual Property law firm, is actively looking to hire a bright and enthusiastic Future Trainee to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract in London - working as their Knowledge Paralegal.
You'll be part of an experienced Knowledge Team, supporting the firm's AI initiatives. Working closely with the Knowledge Director and directly with Fee-Earners on a regular basis - you'll be part of a team responsible for developing, documenting and maintaining AI-enabled workflows.
As the successful Knowledge Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with ensuring workflows are documented
- Assisting with the drafting and maintenance of guidance for Fee-Earners
- Conducting in-depth and complex legal research
- Acting as a point of contact for Fee-Earners using AI tools
- Capturing feedback on where AI can support and improve efficiency
- Tracking changes in AI tools and models
- Supporting the wider Knowledge Team in reviewing/refining AI-related processes

To be considered for this Knowledge Paralegal opportunity, you'll need to be/have the following:
- Have a Training Contract confirmed, with 12 months availability
- Have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI tools
- An interest and/or experience in IP is beneficial but not essential
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
