Legal Admin – Dispute Resolution
Central London - £28,000 - Hybrid 4/1 - Full Time, Permanent
My client, a well-regarded London law firm, is seeking a Legal Admin to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. This is a newly created role due to increased workload and offers a great entry point into a busy legal environment.
The Role
You will provide administrative support to fee earners across the Dispute Resolution team, assisting on a wide range of matters including litigation, construction disputes and family law.
Key Duties
- Opening new clients and matters
- Diary management, travel and meeting coordination
- Preparing expenses and assisting with billing
- Typing correspondence and documents
- Filing, scanning and e-filing court documents
- Managing post and general communications
- Supporting with file closing, archiving and document storage
- Assisting with occasional court runs
About You
- Some previous administrative experience (legal experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident communication skills
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn
- A positive, proactive attitude
