Legal PA – Finance | Magic Circle Law Firm | 12-Month FTC | Up to £45,000 | Hybrid Working
My client, a leading Magic Circle law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual to support a partner alongside a team of associates across varying levels of seniority.
The successful candidate will ideally have around 3 to 4 years’ experience within a Legal PA role, although my client is also open to someone who is confident in their abilities and willing to quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who is organised, responsive and able to manage competing priorities with ease. You will be a key support within the team, taking ownership of your workload and building strong working relationships with fee earners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing full PA support to a partner and wider Financial Markets team
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
- Handling document production and amendments
- Assisting with billing, expenses and general administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be:
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Quick to learn and adaptable
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
My client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 for the right individual, alongside a collaborative working environment and strong exposure within a high-performing Financial Markets team.
