Litigation Paralegal – Motor Claims (12-Month Contract)
Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a busy legal team at an international law firm, specialising in motor claims. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their litigation experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting fee earners on a varied caseload of motor-related litigation matters. This will include assisting with both pre-litigated and litigated claims, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with client and court deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of a caseload of motor claims, including RTA matters
- Drafting legal documents such as witness statements, instructions to counsel, and court forms
- Reviewing and analysing evidence, including medical reports and accident documentation
- Liaising with clients, insurers, third parties, and experts
- Supporting the preparation of cases for hearings and trial
- Ensuring compliance with procedural rules and internal processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
About You
- Previous experience in litigation, ideally within motor or personal injury claims
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with case management systems is advantageous
