Office Support Assistant

My client a leading international law firm, are looking for an Office Support Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

  • General administrative support to the office and teams
  • Printing/Copying/Scanning/Faxing/Binding/Filing (hard copy and electronic)
  • Distribution of mail, managing incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and hand deliveries
  • Daily post-office runs
  • Processing of corporate expenses and invoices
  • Restaurant and taxi bookings
  • Liaising with travel management provider on travel options, bookings and visa requirements
  • Document support including typing and converting of file
  • Booking meeting and court rooms
  • Event assistance including distribution of calendar invites, maintaining attendee lists and admin support on-site
  • Maintaining toner supplies and stationery (including paper) for all copying points and fax machines  
  • Assistance with internal office moves where required
  • Assisting Reception and other service teams when required

Skills and Competences

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workflow
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality

Education and Experience

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Math
