Paralegal / Support Lawyer – Energy & Infrastructure

Location: Fully Remote

Contract: 6 Months

Experience: 2+ years

We are partnered with a leading international law firm seeking a Paralegal or Support Lawyer to join its Energy & Infrastructure team on a fully remote, 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legally trained professional with experience in corporate law, company secretarial work or corporate governance to support a busy transactional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team on corporate and transactional matters.
  • Prepare, review and manage corporate and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate workstreams, deadlines and key deliverables.
  • Manage signing processes, transaction checklists and completion documents.
  • Liaise with lawyers, clients, company secretaries and external stakeholders.
  • Support corporate governance and company secretarial activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on transaction progress.

Candidate Requirements

  • Law degree, LPC/SQE 1 or equivalent legal qualification, including foreign-qualified lawyers.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Paralegal, Support Lawyer or within a corporate legal function.
  • Essential experience in corporate law, company secretarial work or corporate governance.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
