Hours: 3 days per week (Tue–Thu)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary to join a busy Banking & Corporate team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role has become available due to a temporary reduction in hours of one of the team’s permanent secretaries.

This is a part-time role offering excellent exposure to corporate work in a collaborative City office environment.

The Role

You will provide high-quality administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective support to fee earners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and email management for Partners and Associates
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging travel as required
  • Drafting correspondence, reports and documents for review
  • Processing expenses and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Typing correspondence and legal documents efficiently and accurately
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed

About You

This role is ideal for a confident, organised Secretary with experience in corporate or professional services.

You will ideally have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar secretarial or PA role
  • Strong touch typing skills (approx. 60 wpm)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document production
  • Confidence working in a professional office environment
  • A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
