My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal.
This team is one of the largest in England & Wales – you’ll work with the Solicitors with their work, as well as build your own caseload.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day-to-day running of files
- Drafting and preparing claim forms, pleading and witness statements
- Preparing trial bundles
- Liaising with Court prior to trials
- Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
- Occasionally undertaking site visits

To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of 2:2 law degree (or appropriate conversation
- Ideally, have a completed LPC (or be studying)
- Have experienced dealing with Registered Providers and/or Landlords
- Have previous Paralegal experience in Real Estate/Property/Housing
- Be able to commute to the London office at least 3/4 days a week
