Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will evolve but will include:
- Proactive day-to-day support using strong initiative and excellent judgment
- Complex diary and email management; scheduling in-person and hybrid meetings across multiple time zones
- Full international and domestic travel coordination
- Close collaboration with Business Development on client engagement activities
- Acting as first point of contact: screening calls, correspondence, and managing confidential information
- Preparing and editing documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Managing confidential files and records with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinating billing, invoicing, and expenses with Finance
- Leveraging internal systems and processes to maximise efficiency
- Supporting special projects and providing flexible assistance where needed
About You
You will be:
- 3–6 years in a Secretarial role or high-level admin role within legal or professional services
- Technically capable across Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, DMS platforms, and billing systems
- Exceptionally organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing demands
- Polished and professional in communication and presentation
- Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership
- A strong team contributor with a positive, solutions-driven approach
