Senior Event Specialist - 12 Month FTC - Sponsorship Focus - US Law Firm
One of the world's leading US law firms are looking for a Senior Specialist to join their Events team to cover a period of 12 months maternity.
A role which will see you specialising in Sponsorships - you will be part of the global events team covering the UK, Europe, and US.
You will be working with numerous Partners to set and execute strategic priorities for the Sponsorship team.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Working with key stakeholders to define objectives and thoughtfully mapping out sponsorship participation accordingly
- Evaluating sponsorship opportunities and advising on next steps
- Budget forecasting annual sponsorships for a specified practice or industry group
- Negotiating and identifying favourable terms to achieve cost savings with vendors
- Attending key sponsorships to evaluate business development opportunities and/or manage setup.
Although this role is an FTC, the firm and team welcome new exciting ideas from the incoming individual & are keen to meet candidates who enjoy the collaboration side of events.
The firm are keen to meet those from a legal or professional services background.
