An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal PA to join a leading London law firm within their highly regarded Private Funds practice.
This is a key support role within a top-tier team, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a hands-on role in supporting and mentoring a wider PA team.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated, high-level support to the Head of Private Funds, alongside one other Partner and a small group of Associates, in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The Role
This is a senior, visible position suited to a confident and proactive PA who enjoys working closely with Partners and acting as a trusted right-hand support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the team, both operationally and administratively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level, proactive PA support to Partners and Associates
- Managing complex and busy diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules
- Coordinating international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting with billing, matter management and financial administration
- Assisting with document production and formatting
- Playing a mentoring role for more junior PAs and contributing to the overall running of the PA team
- Supporting team projects, events and wider departmental initiatives
About You
This role will suit an experienced Senior PA who is confident working in a high-performance legal environment.
You will ideally have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a legal PA role (or similar professional services environment)
- Experience supporting Partners or senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- A calm, professional manner and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members (highly desirable)
- High attention to detail and strong document skills
