A leading US law firm is seeking an Insurance / Structured Finance Associate with 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded team.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding technical and interpersonal skills, with experience advising on high-value matters. You will have exposure to the documentation and/or regulation of securitised and structured products for UK and European insurers, including areas such as insured bonds, SRT transactions, rated note feeders, and matching-adjustment-eligible bonds. An interest in continuing to develop expertise in these areas is essential.
