Finlay has around four years of experience in recruitment, specialising in placing accounting and finance professionals across US public accounting firms, from boutique practices to Top 100 firms. He supports candidates at every stage of their career, from Staff and Senior Accountants through to Managers and Partners.
Finlay is known for his proactive, down-to-earth approach and enjoys working closely with both clients and candidates to understand what really matters to them. By taking the time to build strong relationships, he focuses on creating long-term, mutually beneficial matches rather than quick fixes.
Outside of work, Finlay is a passionate West Ham United supporter and enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.
