From a Recruiters point of view, it’s a bit of both.

On one side – I completely get it. Job hunting can be exhausting. ‘Quick Apply’ saves time and makes roles feel more accessible and that is a good thing.

But on the flip side – one click quickly turns into tons of applications, often in a matter of hours. Many aren’t suitable (for varying reasons), some haven’t read the job description and sometimes it’s just very much ‘spray and pray’.

My advice would just be to 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 – read through the job description before applying, perhaps tailor your CV to make it more relevant to the role you’re applying for. Even drop us a message first!
