Mentoring Programme 2026

Supporting people to grow, build confidence and learn from each other is something we care strongly about as a business.

We recently launched our mentoring programme, bringing together consultants and senior leaders across the business to share experiences, ideas and support career development.

Already, we’ve seen the positive impact this has had across the business, from increased confidence and fresh ideas to stronger connections across teams.

As Hayley shared:
