We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a highly regarded professional services firm on a temporary basis (for an initial contract of 3 months).
This is a fast-paced and varied role, supporting multiple senior executives with complex diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, stakeholder management, and a range of strategic and administrative responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring leaders can focus on business priorities while maintaining seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex diaries, inboxes, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing packs.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and building relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-up on key decisions.
- Support leadership with business projects, events, and other ad hoc initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

- Previous experience supporting senior executives within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proactive, discreet, and solutions-focused.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider support teams.
