Key Responsibilities
• Draft and update Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
• Advise clients on federal and state franchise laws
• Assist businesses in converting to franchise models

• Provide ongoing compliance and advisory services
Requirements
• 2+ years of dedicated franchise law experience
• Experience representing franchisors preferred
