A leading London law firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Non-Contentious Construction Paralegal to join its renowned Construction team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice and work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will support a busy and well-established Non-Contentious Construction team, assisting with a variety of legal and administrative tasks. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and happy to be involved in all aspects of team support.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in non-contentious construction is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in commercial real estate or development may also be considered.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to assist on administrative tasks where required.
- Experience using DocuSign would be advantageous.
- Full UK working rights are essential.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the London office and 2 days from home (subject to business needs).
- During the first 4 weeks, new joiners will be expected to attend the office most days to support onboarding, training, and integration into the team and firm culture.
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
