Senior Business Development Executive - Marketing Leading Law Firm - Corporate
Working for a highly reputable law firm who have a deep history in the legal market, they are renowned for having a fantastic culture and offering excellent progression.
Working closely with Corporate Partners and the wider Business Development & Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships, raise the firm’s profile, and support revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to an BD professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Corporate lawyers to develop and implement effective BD plans aligned to practice and firm-wide strategy
- Lead on pitches, proposals, and credentials, ensuring high-quality, client-focused submissions
- Identify and analyse market, client, and sector trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Support key client programmes, including cross-selling and client relationship management
- Manage and deliver profile-raising activities such as events, sponsorships, and campaigns
- Contribute to directory submissions, awards, and league table reporting
- Track BD activity and performance, providing insight and reporting to stakeholders
The firm are open to meeting candidates who would be stepping up into their first Senior Executive role - they are also open to meeting candidates without Corporate law experience.
This is a hybrid position, working in the office 3 days a week. They will be running a short interview process & are offering an excellent remuneration package!
