Senior Digital Media Executive - International Law Firm - Global Communications & Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Digital Media Executive to join the global Communications and Marketing team of a leading international law firm. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a digital professional who understands how to build brand authority, engage global audiences, and support business objectives within a highly regulated, professional services environment.

Working closely with partners, senior leadership, and regional marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the firm’s digital media strategy across multiple markets.

This role will see you lead on the firm's videography, podcasting, animation, and interactive content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a cohesive global digital media strategy aligned with the firm’s brand, business priorities, and sector focus
  • Manage and optimise the firm’s digital channels, including website content, social media platforms, and digital campaigns
  • Lead digital storytelling around thought leadership, legal insights, firm news, and key initiatives
  • Oversee content planning, creation, and performance analysis, ensuring consistency of tone and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including partners, BD teams, and regional marketing leads, to support practice group and sector campaigns
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to measure performance, optimise engagement, and inform future strategy
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations relevant to professional services and global audiences
  • Support crisis communications and reputation management from a digital media perspective when required
  • Proven experience in a senior digital media or digital communications role, ideally within a law firm, professional services, or similarly complex international organisation
  • Strong understanding of global brand management, digital governance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging digital content
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns across regions and time zones
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics to inform decision-making
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative working style
