Due to high demand, we're seeking enthusiastic and professional Receptionists to provide holiday and sickness cover on a temporary basis.

Duties can include:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and guests
- Managing busy switchboards and directing calls efficiently
- Supporting client events and hospitality functions
- Assisting with cloakroom services
- Booking, coordinating, and managing meeting rooms
- Issuing visitor passes and maintaining security procedures
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
- Conducting floor walks and ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
