Key Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement discussions
- Draft pleadings, agreements, and court filings
- Advise clients on complex personal legal matters
- Handle high-conflict and emotionally sensitive cases
Requirements
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
