Legal PA Team Leader – Private Client

The Opportunity
We are working with a highly regarded Top 100 law firm in the City to recruit an experienced Legal PA Team Leader to join its Private Client team.
The firm offers a full range of legal services across Private Client, Real Estate, Business Services and Disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA who enjoys providing high-level support to senior stakeholders while helping to ensure the wider support team operates effectively.
The Role
You will provide EA-level support to senior Partners, including the Head of Department, while working closely with a wider team of PAs.
Alongside managing your own workload and supporting senior stakeholders, you will play an important role in coordinating the team's support, delegating tasks where appropriate and helping to establish greater structure and consistency across the department.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level PA/EA support to three senior Partners, including the Head of Department.
Managing busy and changing priorities while ensuring key tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinating workloads and delegating tasks across the wider PA team where appropriate.
Helping to maintain consistent processes and standards of support across the department.
Taking ownership of day-to-day support requirements and resolving issues proactively.
Building effective working relationships with Partners, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Remaining calm, organised and adaptable in a busy legal environment.
About You
The successful candidate will have solid experience in a Legal PA Team Leader or similar senior support role, with the confidence to manage their own responsibilities while overseeing and coordinating support across a team.
Experience supporting senior Partners at EA level is important, and an understanding of Private Client work would be advantageous.
