My client, a leading international law firm are looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their growing team


 Key Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive administrative support to partners and lawyers, including complex diary management, inbox management, and forward planning
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries, and managing all associated logistic
  • Organising internal and external meetings, ensuring all documentation, facilities and client requirements are prepared in advance
  • Supporting business development activities, including CRM updates, pitch and proposal submissions, client events, and marketing initiative
  • Assisting with billing and financial administration, including month-end billing, monitoring work in progress, matter balances and supporting working capital management
  • Supporting matter opening processes, including conflict checks, client due diligence (CDD/KYC), matter creation, and engagement documentation
  • Preparing engagement letters, fee arrangements, and matter documentation, ensuring appropriate rates are applied
  • Managing document production, formatting, amendments, and presentation materials where require
  • Coordinating file closure, archiving and records management in accordance with firm policy
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Paris office, including visitor management, reception coordination, office administration, supplier liaison and internal event
  • Assisting with local compliance requirements, including monitoring corporate licences and employee visa documentation where applicable
  • Providing support and cover for colleagues across the Business Support team during periods of absence
  • Ensuring compliance with the firm's risk management, information security, and regulatory policies, while completing all mandatory training requirement
