Pitch Manager - Global Law Firm - Dubai
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pitch Manager to join a leading international law firm in Dubai.
This role sits at the heart of the firm’s business development function, leading the strategic pitch and proposal process across high-value opportunities in the Middle East and globally. You will work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to develop compelling, client-focused proposals that strengthen the firm’s competitive position.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading end-to-end pitch and proposal management
• Developing strategic, tailored client presentations and credentials
• Collaborating with partners across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions
• Driving best practice across pitch strategy, content and processes
• Managing panel appointments, RFPs and capability statements
• Analysing win/loss feedback and market trends to improve conversion success
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven pitch/proposals experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Exceptional writing, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience supporting cross-border teams and complex bids
