Structured Finance CLO Paralegal - US Law Firm | London | Hybrid Working
We are partnered with a top-tier international law firm looking to add a Structured Finance CLO Paralegal to their London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Structured Finance practice and become a key part of a busy Euro CLO team, supporting on complex and high-profile European CLO transactions.
The role will involve working closely with partners, counsel, and associates across all stages of transactions, offering strong exposure within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with European CLO transactions from inception through to closing
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing transaction documents and legal opinions
- Preparing legal forms, letters, and supporting documentation
- Obtaining documents and certificates from relevant authorities and agencies
- Conducting searches and preparing reports using legal databases and document repositories
- Proofreading and preparing documents for submissions and transaction completions
- Supporting signing and closing processes while liaising with clients and transaction parties
- Maintaining and organising transactional documents throughout the lifecycle of deals
About You
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced transactional legal environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous law firm or transactional experience, ideally within Structured Finance, CLOs, Finance, or Corporate practice areas
- Prior Paralegal experience preferred
