Our client, a top US law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Asset Management team in London on a 12m FTC – working as their new Funds Paralegal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal (ideally with Funds experience) to join a leading and successful team in London.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Working closely with Attorneys and Paralegals in both London and the US (New York)
- Managing the daily flow of files and documents from clients
- Conducting extensive legal and market research
- Drafting fund related documents and processing amendments to fund agreements/contracts
- Proofreading various legal documents
- Preparing closing bibles
Plus much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB/GDL (minimum of 2:1 or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of ‘AAB’ at A-level (or equivalent)
- Have previous experience as a Corporate Paralegal (Funds experience is preferred)
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
