Our client, a top US law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their M&A Private Equity team in London on a 12m FTC – working as their new Paralegal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a M&A and/or Private Equity Paralegal join a leading and successful team in London.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing due diligence tasks – maintaining trackers, summarising findings, collecting documents, etc
- Conducting extensive market and legal research
- Handling general administrative tasks – proofreading, preparing filings, etc
- Assisting with Companies House filings and verifying corporate records
- Coordinating deal execution – signing/closing checklists, collating signatures, preparing closing bibles
- Assisting with drafting and reviewing various transaction documents
Plus much more.
To be considered for this new Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB/GDL (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of ‘AAB’ at A-Level (or equivalent)
- Have previous/existing experience within M&A and/or Private Equity
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
