Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Corporate | 2 Days Per Week
West Kent – around 45 minutes by train from London Bridge
2 days per week | Hybrid working

We are currently partnered with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to support its established Corporate team. The Corporate Team has been recognised a Band 1 Status in the Legal 500.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Corporate lawyer who is looking for a part-time PSL position, offering flexibility alongside an interesting and varied professional support remit.
The role will involve:
• Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, practice notes and guidance
• Keeping the department up to date with developments in law and current market practice
• Researching legal queries and providing clear, practical guidance to fee earners
• Managing the department’s know-how resources and precedent library
• Preparing internal and client-facing information and legal updates
• Supporting training, seminars and professional development
• Assisting with legal technology and knowledge-management projects
• Contributing to client briefings, articles, newsletters and other marketing initiatives
• Supporting key client plans and keeping abreast of developments across the corporate market
About you:
• 5+PQE with proven experience in Corporate work
• Strong knowledge of Corporate/M&A, with Banking & Finance experience desirable
• Excellent ability to analyse complex legal information and communicate it clearly
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• A pragmatic, approachable style with strong coaching and influencing skills
