This front-of-house role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all clients and visitors
- Manage the front desk, ensuring reception and client areas are maintained to a high standard at all times
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up with required refreshments and AV equipment
- Liaise with internal teams to support meetings, client events, and visitor arrangements
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
- Maintain visitor logs and adhere to security and confidentiality procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document handling, scanning, and data entry
- Support office operations as required, working closely with facilities and administrative teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a legal environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
