We are a prestigious and client-focused law firm seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This front-of-house role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all clients and visitors
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring reception and client areas are maintained to a high standard at all times
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up with required refreshments and AV equipment
  • Liaise with internal teams to support meetings, client events, and visitor arrangements
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
  • Maintain visitor logs and adhere to security and confidentiality procedures
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including document handling, scanning, and data entry
  • Support office operations as required, working closely with facilities and administrative teams

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a legal environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
