Legal PA – Family | Boutique Law Firm | Up to £50,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded boutique law firm within their Family team. This is an initial maternity cover with strong potential to become a permanent position.
The Firm
My client is a well-established boutique firm with an excellent reputation in Family law, particularly known for handling complex and high-value matters. They offer a professional yet supportive working environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and high standards of client service.
The Role
You will provide full PA support to 1 Partner and 2 Fee Earners, working closely within a busy and fast-paced Family team. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management for fee earners
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing electronic and paper files via iManage
- Time recording and coordinating the billing process (P4W)
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and third parties
- Assisting with case management and administrative tasks
- Organising travel and preparing itineraries
- Supporting with new matter opening and file archiving
Key Requirements:
- Previous Legal PA experience within Family law is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive and able to work independently
- Experience with iManage and/or P4W is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and professional client manner
