Legal EA – Commercial Litigation / Disputes

A high-performing international law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join its top-tier Litigation & Disputes team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a group of lawyers working on complex, high-profile matters across areas such as investigations, crisis management, and cross-border disputes. The firm combines the quality of work you’d expect from a global player with a more agile, collaborative culture.
The Role
This is a busy, fast-paced position where you’ll act as a true right-hand support to fee earners. You’ll be trusted to manage competing priorities, stay one step ahead, and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating meetings, calls and international travel
- Preparing and formatting legal documents, reports and presentations
- Managing billing processes, including amending narratives and handling invoices
- Supporting with matter administration, document management and filings
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring lawyers are fully prepared for meetings with all relevant materials
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience as a Legal PA within litigation / disputes
- Strong understanding of legal processes and working in a high-pressure environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Advanced MS Office skills (experience with document tools and billing systems is beneficial)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
