Are you from a hotel, luxury hospitality or cabin crew background and looking to make the move into the corporate world? This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working across some of London’s most prestigious corporate environments. You’ll join a leading client support team, providing a 5-star level of service across top-tier sites, including law firms, banks and media companies.
No two days will necessarily be the same. You may be required to cover different sites throughout the week, so a flexible attitude and good knowledge of London will be a real advantage.
The Opportunity:
- £34,000 salary
- 40 hours per week
- Immediate start required
- 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Providing a 5-star professional welcome to clients and visitors
- Issuing and managing visitor passes
- Booking and managing meeting rooms
- Operating the switchboard
- Following site security procedures in line with agreed SLA’s
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and visitors
- Providing consistently high levels of customer service across multiple prestigious sites
