Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, high-level PA role where responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive, strategic support to Head of Department–level Partners
- Complex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Full international and domestic travel planning, often with changing priorities
- Liaising closely with Business Development to support client activity and relationship management
- Acting as a key point of contact, handling sensitive communications with discretion
- Preparing and formatting high-quality documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing confidential documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating billing, expenses, and financial processes with internal teams
- Utilising firm systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Supporting on ad hoc projects and providing flexible, team-focused assistance
About You
- 3–6 years’ experience in a Legal PA or high-level administrative role within professional services
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office, Adobe, document management, and billing systems
- Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities
- Professional, polished, and confident in your communication style
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
- A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
