My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join their thriving Real Estate Team in London on a permanent basis, focusing on Commercial Property.
The team have an extremely diverse portfolio of work and act for a number of household names, as well as overseas investors into London Real Estate. This role will provide substantial exposure to a wide variety of commercial real estate, including – property investment, development work, corporate occupier, property disputes and construction.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Preparing Land Registry applications and SDLT Returns
- Conducting extensive legal research in relation to Commercial Property
- Maintaining deeds and other records
- Drafting, amending and reviewing various legal documents
- Providing transaction management support
- Assisting Fee-Earners/Associates with day-to-day running of files

To be considered for this Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed law degree or GDL
- Ideally, have completed the LPC or SQE1
- Have a minimum of two years experience as a Paralegal, working in Real Estate/Commercial Real Estate
- Be able to commute to the London office a minimum of three days a week
