Our client, a highly regarded UK law firm with an exceptional reputation for delivering first class legal advice to a prestigious client base are now looking for a Legal PA to join them.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a marketing leading firm and be part of a high performing but friendly team. As the dedicated PA for the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the group. While support will be available from management and PA’s across the wider business, this position is a sole role and would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality support to partners and fee earners, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Manage a busy and varied workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate complex diaries and inboxes, scheduling meetings and resolving any conflicts.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, including booking rooms, organising catering, preparing agendas, and coordinating attendees.
  • Develop an understanding of fee earners' priorities and support them in meeting client needs.
  • Organise UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transport, and itineraries.
  • Assist with the billing process, including preparing draft bills, reports, and making amendments where required.
  • Support the collection of outstanding invoices by liaising with clients and fee earners.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and other financial administration accurately.
  • Assist with opening new clients and matters, carrying out conflict checks, managing documentation, and supporting file management processes.
  • Help with ad hoc projects and events, including client functions, seminars, and document bundles.
  • Maintain client and business development information within the firm's CRM system.
  • Coordinate document production requests, ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and provide support to wider teams when required.

About you

The successful candidate will have previous PA experience within a law firm or professional services environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent typing, proofreading, and administrative skills.

You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. A professional, client focused approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining adaptable and collaborative are essential.
