Senior Recruitment Manager – Financial Crime (In‑House)

My client, a highly regarded international law firm, is looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Manager to join its in‑house recruitment function, supporting the delivery of interim and contract talent solutions to clients operating within the financial crime sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is ready to move away from agency life and into a more strategic, consultative, in‑house role, while still working closely with external clients and complex mandates.

The Role

Working as part of a specialist recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery of interim recruitment assignments, partnering closely with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering interim recruitment assignments within the financial crime space
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and external clients to scope requirements and advise on recruitment strategy
  • Sourcing, assessing, and placing high‑calibre interim professionals across financial crime disciplines
  • Managing candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring a high‑quality candidate and client experience
  • Contributing to process improvement and best practice within the in‑house recruitment function

About You

This role would suit someone with:

  • Proven recruitment experience within financial crime (agency background highly desirable)
  • Strong end‑to‑end recruitment capability, particularly across interim or contract hiring
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently with senior clients
  • A preference for delivery, quality, and relationship‑led recruitment over pure business development
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Agency recruiters with financial crime experience who are keen to transition into an in‑house environment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to move in‑house within a respected international law firm
  • Exposure to complex, high‑profile financial crime work
  • A collaborative, professional services environment with a strong reputation
  • Hybrid working and a supportive, forward‑thinking recruitment team
