Our client, a leading UK law firm renowned for providing exceptional legal advice to a prestigious client base, is seeking an experienced Senior Legal EA to support a Senior Partner. 

The Role

The Legal EA will provide high level support to the Senior Partner and wider team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. This role requires a proactive, organised, and professional individual who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high level support to the Senior Partner. 
  • Take a proactive approach to managing tasks, anticipating needs, and resolving issues before they arise.
  • Manage a busy and varied workload, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee complex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Organise internal and external meetings. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Senior Partner's priorities, clients, and business needs.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers.
  • Manage administration, billing, expenses and due diligence requirements. 
  • Coordinate partner events, client functions, seminars, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Produce and coordinate high quality documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Develop specialist knowledge through training and provide support to the wider team where needed.
  • Build strong relationships across the firm and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support.

About You

  • At least five years' experience as a PA/EA within a law firm or professional services environment supporting at a senior level. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

  • Professional and confident manner.
